ULTRA PRO™ SR80
A low profile high-density gypsum fibre board manufactured from Fermacell® with a heat output of over 100W/m2.
It is designed with built-in end returns pipe spacing of 150mm for 12mm pipe.
The ULTRA PRO SR80 allows underfloor heating to be installed into existing rooms quickly which can be laid over solid or timber floors tiles or engineered wood can be laid directly onto the panel.
Carpet and vinyl we recommend our 6mm Fibcem panel.

Each panel is 18mm thick and 800mm x 600mm with castellated straight profiles spaced at 150mm centres to receive a 12mm underfloor heating pipe.

Ultra Pro 18 is designed for underfloor heating systems to provide a low profile floor panel that can be used in both new build and retrofit projects. Each panel is 18mm thick and 1200mm x 600mm with routed straight and return grooves spaced at 150mm centres to receive a 12mm underfloor heating pipe.
The ULTRA PRO™ 18 board is manufactured using a high performance, non-flammable Fermacell® Gypsum fibreboard.

A hi density floor panel for various floor finishes also suited for underfloor heating and impact sound floor installations. Using our Floorjet Underlay and edge strip 23dB- 25dB sound reduction.
Manufactured from Fermacell® gypsum fibre with a tongue and groove detail it increases the Thermal performance of various UFH systems.
